"We aim to run the service throughout the ski season, but if it proves popular it could become year-round. And we will carry skis free of charge," confirmed a smiling Jacques Bankir, Baboo's CEO. The airline already flies from Geneva to a number of European destinations, including London City. However, while City is a business destination, Oxford is aimed more at leisure travellers. If the flights Oxford-Geneva prove popular, there are indications they may continue after 13 March, into Easter. The flights have not yet been put on sale by Baboo. Follow WhichBudget on Twitter or Facebook for announcement when the flights go on sale. This will be first scheduled flight from Oxford, following a summer charter flight to Jersey, operated by Air Southwest.
